We have launched a new concept for our already very successful bakery chain of 25 units within London, and are on the lookout for fantastically enthusiastic cooks/chefs of all levels who would love to work with interesting produce in a wonderful environment.
A passion for fresh food and quality is essential, so are a great personality and the abilities to keep calm, work well under pressure and as part of great team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, hardworking and ambitious chef to gain experience and to progress. We will offer a full range of breakfast dishes, salads, sandwiches, soup and hot meals from our all day Caf and bakery/deli counter. will run an all day menu from breakfast, brunch, lunch and early supper. We source local, organic produce and take our customers on a journey towards living a better, healthier life style through our food. We have a small but very professionally equipped kitchen.
The team will work closely with our development chef to deliver the menus and challenge the status quo by exploring and experimenting with new ways to use gluten-free, unrefined sugars. Food will be produced to a high standard, so experience is necessary - however, training will be provided.
